5 courses (normally 3) at no extra cost!
I’m especially excited for this particular Munch. The menu looks great. Putting a culinary twist on simple foods like tater tots. Really brilliant. And I know Joey will mix up a great drink menu to pair perfectly with each course.
1st course
Amuse Bouche- Tater Tots (Panko crusted Mashed Potatoes and a packet of Ketchup) 3 per person
Kool aid Shots
A jungle juice mix of what’s in the liqueur cabinet
2nd course
Peas and Carrots- English Pea soup with garnish of carrot oil (for color)
Bacon Smoked Jack Daniels, Bruised to Perfection with a dash of Bitters
3rd course
Turkey Pot Pie- Roasted Turkey with Cheddar cheese crust (use base from Mac and Cheese, then add chx stock or base to it) -no more than 3oz
Riesling and Elderflower Spritzer
4th course
Salsbury steak and whipped Potatoes- Pan seared Filet Mignon with Sauce Espagnole and Whipped potaotes- 5oz filet
Classic Rum Swizzle
Rhum Clement Madeira <> Fresh Pressed Orange Juice <> Aromatic Bitters <> Powdered Sugar <> Fresh Lime <> Egg White
5th course
Cherry cobbler- Bourbon sauteed cherrys with browned butter on petite biscuit.
Dr. Joey’s Hot Panty Dropper
I read it to my 6 year old and she said it sounded delicious! Maybe I will bring her with us to this Munch.
