Less Is More

I don’t work abs too often. Abs are made in the kitchen! But I avoid working obliques because I don’t want to appear wide. I want a nice v taper and feminine waist line and curves. Unless you want a wide waist like a gymnast or a cross fitter, don’t hit obliques. Here are a few of my favorite ab exercises.
