Cool Whip Sugar Free/Fat Free

Not suppose to eat this for show time, but any other times is ok!  The sugar free has 1 g of fat and the fat free has one g of sugar.  Not bad.

My favorite! nom nom nom.  Not good for show time, but good to eat all other times.  High in protein.

High in protein.  Low in Calories.
