Single Standing Leg Curls

25 lbs x 10

 

Single stiff legged 7.5 lbs freeweights

3 sets of 10

 

single leg lunges

2 sets of 20

 

Glute Raises

2 sets of 20

 

Side Leg Lifts, Press + Sweeps

2 sets of 20

 

5 minutes of sprints/jogs
