Bikram Yoga, commonly known as hot yoga. Beginning Yoga classes run 90 minutes, incorporates a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, and is ideally practiced in a room heated to 105°F with a humidity of 40%. I use to do Yoga 3x a week and go to the gym 3x a week. I can’t wait for my little girl to start Kingergarden so that I have time to go again. ;D
I use to go to the one on Rainbow but they changed it from Bikram to Vinyasa. There is a Summerlin Bikram and Green Valley Ranch location now.
